NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING SUFFICIENCY OF TEXTBOOKS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
Education code section 60119 requires that in order to be eligible for certain state funding for textbooks, the governing board shall adopt, on an annual basis, a resolution with respect to textbook and instructional material availability and affirm that each pupil in each school in the district has, or will have prior to the end of the fiscal year, sufficient textbooks or instructional materials, or both, in each subject that are consistent with the contents of and cycles of the curriculum framework adopted by the State Board. The Board of Trustees of the Leggett Valley Unified School District will hold a public hearing and welcomes the input of the public.
